Your shopping experience is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or if you have received a defective item, please follow our policy:

• Within 7 days of receiving your item please notify us of your intent to return on hello@theendlingerie.com

• Once your return has been accepted and you will have 7 calendar days to ship the return back to qualify for a return or exchange.

• All refunds will be applied to the original form of payment, excluding shipping costs, minus $10 return shipping & restocking fee. THE END LABEL is not responsible for any returns that are lost, damaged or sent to the wrong address.  

• The cost of any international (outside the US) return is to be covered by the customer solely.

• Briefs, thongs, one-piece, bodysuit cannot be returned or exchanged due to the intimate nature of the product.

• Sale items (including orders placed with discount codes)  are ALL FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return or exchange.

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and tags must be attached.
• If the exchange is for greater value, you will need to pay the difference. We will not issue a refund for items of lesser value.
• We only accept garments purchased through theendlabel.com
