Rental policy

Please email theendlingerie@gmail.com with the pieces that you wish to pull from us, and a full rental agreement will mail to you.

There’ve been too many cases where the stylists/photographers damaged, lost or never return the sample. So we kindly asked you to provide your credit card info and paid a refundable security deposit of 30% of the total of the replacement costs. THE END LINGERIE WILL SHIP ITEMS ONLY AFTER RECEIPT OF THE FOLLOWING: Signed Costume Rental Agreement and Full Payment and Security Deposit.

• RENTAL FEES

  A refundable security deposit of 30% of the total of the replacement costs are required for all rentals (we only accept Paypal). Refunds are processed within 10 to 15 business days of the return of the items. Valid I.D and credit card is required for ALL rentals, please note the the information only to be used if damage, lost and late charges. Please see our privacy policy for the handling of personal information.

   

• DAMAGED FEES

  Normal wear and tear on the lingerie is expected and won’t incur extra charges. Damage charges will be assessed for detached garment pieces, make-up or other permanent stains or any other damage that renders the pieces not rentable. Major damage to the pieces, including irreparable tears, or irreversible marks will be assessed at the replacement value of the pieces.

   

• LOST FEES

  Lost samples will be assessed with a lost sample fee of the replacement value of the product.

   

• RETURN DATE

  The return date is calculated by your production closing date, plus ten business days to allow you cleaning and packaging time. The return date will be marked on the rental contact. If for any reason you need more time, please inform us within 48hrs prior to your due date so due date late fees will not be charged.

   

• PENALTY FOR LATE RETURNS

  A late fee of fifty dollars ($50.00) will be charged to the payment card you provided to The End Lingerie. If you have not returned the sample within twenty one (21) days after the return date for the product, your late return will be considered a non-return and The End Lingerie will charge you a fee of the replacement value of the samples.

   

• TRACKING NUMBER

  The costumer agrees to provide proof of shipment to The End Lingerie.
